Ordering online with therapy to takeaway couldn’t be easier!
For those who simply love browsing you can wander around at your leisure.
For those looking for the quick route for a specific product, you can use the search facility.
Once you have found the product you want click 'BUY ME!' and you will be taken to the shopping basket, where your item will be listed together with its price; here you can leave it as it is, change the quantity or remove it.
To change the quantity, simply add the number you want into the quantity box and click ‘update’
To remove an item, click on the ‘delete item’ link next to the item.
You can continue shopping at your leisure as your basket will be saved. When you have finished shopping you can either return to your basket by clicking 'BASKET' or click 'CHECKOUT' at the top right of the page - you won't be committed to purchase your order until you enter your personal credit/debit card details and confirm your order.
'CHECKOUT' is just like a till in a real shop: Here you can pay for your shopping. On the website this involves you giving us your contact details, the delivery address and your credit/debit card details.
You do not need to create a customer account to order with us, but if you are a regular shopper with us it will save you time if you create a customer account as your details will be saved for you to use again and again.
You will be asked to ‘login’ if you have already registered with us or if you are a new customer you will be asked to create a cusomer account or order without a customer account.
As you go through the checkout simply follow the on-screen instructions.

Complete your order, delivery and payment details.
Your transactions will be processed by our payment service provider SAGE PAY (formerly known as Protx) in a completely secure environment and you will automatically receive an order confirmation email.
Shipping & Dispatch
Our shop in Leamington Spa stocks all of the products that we sell on this website.
We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours. However if you are ordering large quantity's or if we have run out of stock of the product you are ordering it can take up to 10 days for your order to be dispatched. If we are out of stock of an item you have ordered we will contact you by e-mail within 48 hours to let you know.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation e-mail when your order has been dispatched.
Please be aware that we are closed on Sunday's and Bank Holidays.
Orders made during this time will be dealt with on the next working day.
